1. General Provisions
This document is a public contract offer. By using the TeleSINT bot, including paying for access to the TeleSINT bot, the user unconditionally accepts the terms of the contract. The paid access service to the bot is described at https://telesint.xyz/service/. If within 5 days from the date of receiving the service, the user does not present motivated complaints about the quality of the service, it is considered that the user has fully accepted the results of the provided service and has no claims to the quality of the result.
2. Legal Information
The bot scans publicly available lists of members in Telegram groups and stores this information in a database. Using this data, the bot can indicate in which Telegram groups it has seen the person in question on the member list. The bot’s operation does not violate the Terms of Service of the Telegram service. The data provided by the bot is not unique information that unequivocally identifies a specific person, and therefore is not personal data. Any information provided by the bot is not confidential and is freely available to the public. Thus, the bot implements a person’s right to search for and obtain information by any lawful means.
3. Quality of the TeleSINT Service
Due to the bot’s lack of access to the complete list of Telegram groups, due to the constantly changing composition of each group’s members, and due to the fact that the group member list may be hidden, the content of the bot’s responses may contain incomplete or incorrect (in the user’s opinion) information, or may not contain any data at all.
Due to technical maintenance on the server, as well as for any other reason, the bot may be unavailable for use for an indefinite period of time.
4. Procedure for Providing Paid Access
To carry out an extended search for information in the TeleSINT bot, you need to purchase paid access. Access is granted for the period of time paid for by the user. Upon expiration of this period, the user will receive information in accordance with free access.
5. Refund Policy
- In the event that a user submits a motivated claim regarding the quality of the services provided within 5 days from the date of service receipt, they are entitled to request a refund. A motivated claim must include a clear explanation of the reasons why the user considers the quality of the service to be unsatisfactory, and if necessary, corresponding evidence.
- The claim will be reviewed within 10 business days from the date of its receipt. If the claim is recognized as justified, the service administration will contact the user to agree on the method of refund. If a refund to the original payment instrument is not possible, the administration will offer alternative refund options, and the user has the right to choose the most convenient method for them.
- If the claim is recognized as unjustified, the user will be notified of this with an explanation of the reasons for the denial.
- Funds spent on services that were fully provided and in accordance with the description presented on the website https://telesint.xyz/service/ are not subject to refund, except in cases where the provision of the service clearly contradicted the terms of the agreement.
6. User Responsibility
The user assumes full responsibility for the consequences of using and disseminating information obtained from the TeleSINT bot or any other source, in cases where this information contains a reference to TeleSINT as the data source. The user is obliged to use the obtained information only for purposes that do not violate the laws of the Russian Federation, as well as the legal jurisdiction in which the user is located.
