1. General Provisions.
This document is a public contract offer. By using the TeleSINT bot, including paying for access to the TeleSINT bot, the user unconditionally accepts the terms of the contract. The paid access service to the bot is described at http://jsdiojz1.beget.tech/service/. If within 5 days from the date of receiving the service, the user does not present motivated complaints about the quality of the service, it is considered that the user has fully accepted the results of the provided service and has no claims to the quality of the result.
2. Legal Information
The bot scans publicly available lists of members in Telegram groups and stores this information in a database. Using this data, the bot can indicate in which Telegram groups it has seen the person in question on the member list. The bot’s operation does not violate the Terms of Service of the Telegram service. The data provided by the bot is not unique information that unequivocally identifies a specific person, and therefore is not personal data. Any information provided by the bot is not confidential and is freely available to the public. Thus, the bot implements a person’s right to search for and obtain information by any lawful means.
3. Quality of the TeleSINT Service
Due to the fact that the bot does not have access to the complete list of Telegram groups, and also because the composition of members in each group constantly changes, the content of the bot’s responses may contain incomplete or incorrect (according to the user) data, or may not contain any data at all.
Due to technical maintenance on the server, as well as for any other reason, the bot may be unavailable for use for an indefinite amount of time.
4. Extended access
To carry out an extended search for information in the TeleSINT bot, you need to purchase paid access. Access is granted for the period of time paid for by the user. Upon expiration of this period, the user will receive information in accordance with free access.
5. User Responsibility
The user assumes full responsibility for the consequences of using and disseminating information obtained from the TeleSINT bot or any other source, in cases where this information contains a reference to TeleSINT as the data source. The user undertakes to use the obtained information only for purposes that do not violate the law of the Russian Federation, as well as the legal jurisdiction in which the user is located.
